Helping Wildlife in Distress

When a dolphin or other river animal becomes stranded, entangled or injured, Forest Department field teams respond to assess the situation and provide assistance, coordinating with veterinary and research partners where needed.

Reporting a stranded or injured animal quickly makes a real difference. If you observe wildlife in distress along the sanctuary stretch, contact the Divisional Forest Office immediately.
