Meet the Dolphin

India's National Aquatic Animal lives right here in the Ganga!

Discover how fish, turtles and plants all connect in the river.

Meet gharials, otters and turtles that share the river.

Find out how we protect the river and its animals.

Gangetic dolphins have no lens in their eyes — they are essentially blind and "see" using sound!

The Gangetic dolphin is India's National Aquatic Animal — just like the tiger is our national animal!
