Your safety on the river matters as much as the wildlife you've come to see.
Life Jackets
Life jackets are standard safety equipment on river boats and should be worn at all times while on the water.
Boat Safety
Board only authorised boats, stay seated while underway, and follow the boat operator's instructions at all times.
Weather Awareness
River trips may be postponed in poor weather or high water conditions. Always follow sanctuary staff guidance on the day.
Wildlife Distance
Maintain a safe, respectful distance from dolphins and other wildlife at all times — for their safety and yours.
